Notice anything different? We’re hitting your inbox a little earlier.

Moving forward, coreWEEKLY is shifting from Friday afternoons to Monday mornings. Instead of looking back at the week behind us, we want to give you a clear look at the week ahead, delivering the critical insights, tools, and operational strategies to make your week that much easier.

To launch this new schedule, today is all about maximizing your range operations. We're diving deep into our powerhouse integration with Action Target. From seamless digital waivers and automated lane assignments to real-world success stories (like how the team at GunBros is leveraging this tech to scale their new range), we’re showing you how to turn your range into a friction-free profit center.

Let’s dive right into this week's playbook!

From Reservation to Final Checkout:
What a Connected Range Visit Should Feel Like

A customer reserves a lane online for Saturday afternoon. He adds a friend, chooses how long they plan to shoot, completes his waiver, and sends the second waiver to his guest. When they arrive, the parking lot is full and the lobby is busy, but the staff already knows they are coming. Their reservation is visible, the waiver status is available, and the lane is being prepared.

That sounds simple, and it should be. Yet many range visits still feel like several separate transactions stitched together. The reservation lives in one place, the waiver in another, the customer record somewhere else, and the lane assignment on a screen that does not communicate with the point of sale. The employee at the counter becomes the connection between all of them, retyping information, checking multiple systems, answering repeated questions, and trying to hold the visit together while other customers wait.
